Thanks to tutor Caroline for helping members of our ME Day Activity Service get weaving! She showed everyone how to use a peg loom and weaving sticks. Results can be seen quickly and it proved a very popular activity.
Research shows that your pulse rate slows and your blood pressure lowers when you weave or knot. Another bonus is that you can use all sorts of recycled fabrics to make rugs and decorative items.
